I found it difficult to create my FreeRotator.com Review because there are many URL rotators on the market that have nothing to do with this business.
So I decided to join it for free and look it over in the member’s area myself. Here is what I found.

Who is FreeRotator.com For?
The program comes with access to an autoresponder, URL rotating, URL forwarding, and ad tracking. It also has a referral program. The marketer that would use this program is primarily interested in rotating multiple URLs through one rotating URL.
You could use this if you wanted to promote several of your own URLs via one rotating URL. You could use it to sell advertising and rotate various accounts. You could rotate to test which URL is working best. For example, you could link to multiple banner ads and see which one draws the most clicks over a period of time.

My Final thoughts
The only thing that would even suggest that this is still an active program is the PayPal buttons lead to a purchase page.
You would have to upgrade to either the silver or gold membership to see if you are taken to a thank you page where you can access the features.
What good is a free program that has links to an autoresponder, rotator, and ad-tracking buttons that take you to an upgrade page?
I do not use link rotators, but a quick Google search is going to give you plenty of them to research. At the very least look for one that is active and provides training and support. One that I have heard of that does get good reviews is Page Swirl

Although this is my first time of hearing about free rotator. but the fact that it does not have free member training makes it not fit to recommend to newbies.

I have come to the conclusion that any business that has traffic, rotator, website hits, etc, etc…Stay away or approach with caution. These owners know that the number one reason for building a successful business is traffic to your websites.
Free Rotator is no different, the same as traffic exchanges companies. Learning to get organic traffic to your website is long term and it will serve you well moving forward. This is what the search engines are looking for. Hope you get some clarity here.

However, when you mentioned that the overall rank is zero, I dropped down! The worst part is that they don’t provide training. How can anyone benefit without training in the first place?
the system is designed for you to make a payment, that the reason it is set up that way. The free membership offers nothing, and as you rightfully said, there is no training involved.
There are lots of autoresponders that offers so much for a free service. MailChimp and Traffic Wave have a 30day free trial to try out the service and see if it is a good fit. glad that you see that there is no value here.
