What Is Home Profit System?

Home Profit System is a program that was developed by Steven Chang who has been making an online income since 2003. home profit system review - a problem or solutionHow Does Home Profit System work?

To join the Home Profit System, you simply need to go to their website, register your name and email address, and wait for a confirmation email to arrive in your inbox. After confirming your pay of the registration fee. The fee differs depending on the site you landed on. Some site shows a trial program that charges you only the shipping fee which is $2.97 then followed by the $140 fee. While another website will show you a $97 price.

After the successful registration and payment, you will receive the following:

  • Access to the Home Profit System App
  • Link posting calculator – shows you how much you have earned after posting web links
  • Instructions on how to contact your coach

Once you access the Home Profit System App you will look for a company to that you would like to create a link. Then add some details on your link and start posting it. Well, that’s what the Home Profit System is supposed to be. But it is not.

What really happens is, after providing some of your personal information, you will be taken to another website that is different from the Home Profit System. You will find yourself being transferred from one website to another.

And one website is named Ultimate Income Solutions which will sell you a $97 eBook. This eBook is not helpful and not worth your money. It tells you other ways of making money online but uses old or outdated links which is a waste of time.

Can You Make Money with Home Profit System?

No. If you have already figured out that this is a scam, good for you. This program is similar to WAH Program, Home Online Profits Club, My Home Success Plan, Real Profits Online, Home Job Placement, or Home Income System. And unfortunately, all of them are proven scams. But don’t take my word for it, if you read further, you’ll learn more about why it is a scam.

Beware of Lawsuits

I’m unable to find any lawsuits against the Home Profit System. Also, there’s not much information found online about the owner, Steven Chang. The Home Profit System seems to be another version of other scams online which makes it difficult to find all the complaints about it. It is also not registered on the Better Business Bureau website. However, you will find similar work-at-home businesses such as “Home Income Profit System” on the BBB website which received negative reviews and still has unanswered refund complaints since 2018.

Home Profit System Review - is not legitIs Home Profit System Legitimate?

Home Profit System is a scam. There is no real job or training. It uses false and deceptive claims to convince you to purchase the system. If you read the testimonials, you’ll find a lot of grammar and spelling errors which are common in scams.

If you read the testimonials from allegedly real people who have already tried out the Home Profit System, you will notice the similarities of their stories. One of these testimonials is from Kelly Richards, a mom of three kids from New York that lost her job and was unsuccessful in her job hunt.

She discovered the Home Profit System after hours of searching for jobs on the internet and now she makes $6,000 to $8,000 a month. Mia Westbrook also has the same testimonial. She also claims she earns $6,000 to $8,000 per month with the Home Profit System.

She also lost her job and she’s also a single mom with three kids. And by the way, the photo of Kelly Richards is a stolen or stock photo, which is not surprising for a scam.

The people behind the Home Profit System used all kinds of unethical marketing and sales tactics to deceive as many people as they can. They also used an old news video clip that talks about work-at-home jobs in general but not specifically about Home Profit System. The same news video clip can be found on other money-making scams online.

Home Profit System borrows the concept of affiliate marketing but not in a way that you would expect. They teach you the unethical and forbidden technique of “link scheming” where you spam links everywhere online.

Google bans this practice and if you’re doing this today, your site will eventually suffer. Either it will not rank in Google or it will be stopped. And definitely, this is not how affiliate marketing works at all.

Affiliate marketing involves creating quality content promoting a company’s product on your website. The affiliate link you will include in your content is provided by the company you’re promoting.

You will then need to advertise your content or your website which could cost money depending on what strategy you will use. Marketing helps in increasing the number of people who visit your website.

When someone finds your website and purchases a product using your affiliate link, then you will earn a commission from the sale. The company you promote earns from the sale and you get your commission.

That’s how affiliate marketing works. There’s no shortcut or an easy way to do it unlike what the Home Profit System claims. No company will pay you just by posting links everywhere online. Therefore, the Home Profit System will not help you earn any money, you will lose money instead.

You will also notice that the news articles have different names like Mary Steadman, Kelly Nelson, Kelly Richards, or Mary Stevens depending on where you see them. These names are highly likely just made up by the scammers.

And the testimonials, no matter how convincing and relatable they are, are simply manufactured stories of the scammers to fool people to purchase the product. The different names and unconfirmed owners of the Home Profit System make it difficult to figure out who are the real people behind it.

This is a tactic that scammers usually do when they try to hide their identity. After they have stolen your money, they will disappear, and sadly, getting your money back seems impossible.

Before you decide to join a company stop and take a good look at their program before you decide My Home Profit System Review: Final Thoughts

Home Profit System is designed to steal people’s money as much as possible. This is why the people behind this scam used well-trained salespeople to force you to buy more products right after joining. They make use of the affiliate marketing idea to present the Home Profit System as a real and legitimate work-at-home job.

This misrepresented what affiliate marketing really is. And unfortunately, this tactic fooled many unsuspecting people who are looking for legitimate work. Home Profit System does not teach you how to do affiliate marketing at all, since the only goal of the scammers is to extract money from people.

Since this is a scam you can’t expect them to refund your money back. As of this writing, the Home Profit System no longer exists but the people behind it could still be operating behind a different brand.

It seems that the Home Profit System is just another version of the other money-making scams out there. This is why it is important to always do some fact-checking before diving into any money-making opportunities. It pays to do some research to avoid getting scammed and losing your hard-earned money.

There are many legitimate ways to earn money from home, but they can be hard to find. Here’s my #1 recommendation on building an affiliate business online. 1. There are so many scams out there and so many MLM companies that you end up doing all the work and spending more than you make to help someone else get rich off of your effort. Thanks for sharing this so people can know before they waste time and money on something that’s just going to con them.

    • I fall for one of them a decade ago and promise to exposed them after thorough investigation. There are innocent people out there who are just looking for an extra income just to make ends meet. And these people take pride in scamming them out of their hard earn money. Home Profit System is not a company to join.

  2. This is the first time that I have heard of the Home Profit System, so thank you for this informative and helpful review. With a rating of only 10 per cent, it does not look or sound good, or a scheme that I would want to get involved in. It is indeed unfortunate that so many people will fall for this type of scam, with promises of easy money by posting just inks.

Thank you for the warning to avoid this scam.

    • People are in search of anything that sounds good online, cause they need a steady flow of income coming in for their family, or just trying to supplement their income. Some people want to get rid of their 9 to 5 job so they are looking to work from home.

There are companies that take advantage of these people, that is the reason so many are popping up regularly with lots of false claims, and The Home Profit System is definitely one of them to stay away from.
