Training and support are provided before you decide to go out into the field and start to sell their products. Knowledge of the products is key to your success and if you are a good presenter and the products are of good quality, there is no reason why you would not be able to earn a decent income working for yourself.
How Does The Younique MLM Work?
When you sign up as an independent distributor or presenter, you sell products to customers which you then earn a commission. As a presenter, you can earn money by recruiting people who sell the products as well as you build your team. Your goal is to build a large number of presenters who also do the same for you to build that income.
Direct selling is a very professional business, you have to satisfy your customers, as well as keep the integrity of your company by the way you present their products. Companies like Mary Kay. and Avon is just a couple that comes to mind. For Younique to be of the same standard, they must have qualified presenters who know what they are doing.
Like any other business, you will have complaints and a lack of customer service representations, and Younique company is no different. I am not going to waste your time by describing them here, but they have a few, and that could cause a very negative evaluation of the products and company support.

The most logical answer to that question is, yes. But it will entirely depend on you, and a few factors that you must consider, including the level of sales, and the skillset you have and maintain in recruiting new presenters into your business, and they turning around and doing the same.
The more your downline builds itself and pushes you to the top, the higher level you will grow, thus making you more money with less individual effort on your part.

Of course, they would be a few that is successful, and guess where they sit, you’re right, at the very top. The top 1% income was 43,557 per month, and the top n10% averaged $715.00 per month.
Like any business, it is important that you do your due diligence and researches the company before you decide to join. While some presenters have been able to grow their business into a full-time income from home, the majority were not able to duplicate that

No, younique is not a scam. It is a legitimate business that sells physical products, and its presenters earn commissions when that sale is made according to their compensation plan. T
The only concern, like other MLM companies, including Younique, is that they require their distributors to purchase products to maintain different levels to qualify for commissions.
This can cause distributors to spend more buying their products and not be able to sell at the same rate, making it difficult for them to sustain their income from their business.
This is one of the reasons most people end up quitting MLM companies at a high rate. I personally believe if they remove the criteria of distributors having to purchase products, more MLM companies would be successful.

A pyramid scheme is an illegal investment where you join and recruit members into the scheme, that pay to join. This money from new members is used to pay the participants that join before creating a pyramid structure. These new members now have to recruit new members so that they can get paid and so on.
Younique is not a pyramid scheme because goods are sold in order for one to earn a commission and get paid. The concern that MLMs have is that they have to recruit to grow their income base, and if authorities investigate and see that they are operating at a pyramid scheme level, they usually shut them down. So be careful about those MLM companies.
Any Negatives Of Lawsuits Against Younique MLM?
Yes, there are a few lawsuits that are causing Younique to cause members to leave and a drop in revenue and recruiting. The following is what I found about the lawsuits that are filed against Younique.
- Class-action lawsuit over alleged false advertising: In 2017, Younique customers filed a class-action claiming the misleading quality of the products.
- The lawsuit also accused Younique of violating consumer protection laws
- Lawsuit over alleged trademark infringement: In 2019, Younique was sued by a beauty company called Coty over alleged trademark infringement. Younique’s use of the term “Moodstruck” for one of its product lines was too similar to Coty’s own “Mood” trademarks.
- Coty claimed that Investigation by the Federal Trade Commission: In 2020, it was reported that the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) was investigating Younique over allegations of pyramid scheme activity.
