GenerateBlocks Pro is a paid version of GenerateBlocks, a plugin of GeneratePress theme in WordPress.org. It was launched on January 15, 2021, several months after the launch of its free version. GenerateBlocks Pro was developed by Tom Usborne, the lead developer and president of EDGE22 Studios Ltd, a privately held business based in British Columbia, Canada.
Tom started creating websites from a young age. He became a freelance web designer and web developer for small to medium-scale businesses. He then developed the GeneratePress theme, a free WordPress theme with a premium version offering usability and speed. Aside from GenerateBlocks Pro, he also developed other plugins such as Social Icons, Simple CSS, Grid Columns, and WP show Posts.

GenerateBlocks Pro takes full advantage of the block editor Gutenberg and offers more customization options while keeping the foundation of your website lightweight, stable, and optimized. The GenerateBlocks and GenerateBlocks Pro are free and paid themes that extend the usability of GeneratePress providing more features and customization options. But despite being built as plugins for GeneratePress, they are also compatible with other themes in WordPress.
The free version of GenerateBlocks Pro offers four lightweight blocks, and they are:
- Container blocks – Enables you to organize your web content into rows and sections.
- Grid blocks – Create flexible grids.
- Headline blocks – Use advanced typography features such as custom size, weight, and spacing.

How does the GenerateBlocks Pro work?

- Go to your WordPress dashboard

- Install now and then after the installation click on the activate button

Yes, you can make money with GenerateBlocks Pro with their affiliate program. When someone purchases on GenerateBlocks Pro’s website using your affiliate link, you can earn a 25% commission from their total purchase.
