When you recruit a new Stylist, you can get a 25% First order bonus from the new stylist’s first order while your upline gets 5%. But to qualify for this, you and your upline should have $300 qualifying sales in a calendar month.

Yes, I can say that you can make money with Ruby Ribbon. But the reality is, the income is not that much just like most of the MLM programs. According to Ruby Ribbon’s income disclosure for 2020, 94.3% of their stylists earned an average of $2,100 per month for that year as shown in the table below.
