Is your free Online Marketing Affiliate Programs income failing? Let me show you 5 ways to pump up your earnings with your affiliate marketing business. This article is not going to be an Inflated Gate article, although after their first game of the NFL season, the Patriots may want to figure out how to do that again.

It is possible to pump up your affiliate earnings legally. The idea here is that you already have some affiliate income coming in, but now you just want to maximise it in various ways, spending a lot more time and certainly without spending more money.

1. Focus On Getting Email Addresses

If you are not building an email list, now is the time to start doing that. As a matter of fact, I would go so far as to say that in the next 90 days, this is all you focus on.

Why just an email address?

You do not need your subscribers now to start emailing them. All you need is their email address and permission to send them emails.

That is it!

If you are asking for more than that, try changing it up a little bit. Simplify it so more people will subscribe.

2. Free Giveaways

Now that you have made that decision, analyse your giveaway. Are you giving something for free that you would give your email address in exchange for?

If the answer is no, you need a better giveaway.

The number one thing that is working right now is free information in the form of a podcast that solves a problem. People in your niche will give you an email address to get access to a free podcast that solves a problem they have.

Figure that out and then start marketing it all over the Internet with your #1 goal to collect hundreds or even thousands of email addresses.

This is the best long-term way to pump up your affiliate income because now you have more people you can present your offers to anytime you want, 24 hours a day, with the click of a button!

3. Sell Better Products

Are you 100% positive you are selling the best affiliate products in your niche?

Why not?

Many affiliates get started with a product and jump around from one to the next after that until they are signed up with tens or even hundreds of affiliate programs.

The problem here is that you lose track of what you really should be selling. The other problem is you may not even be selling the best affiliate product in your niche!

What is the best product to sell?

1. One that you have bought or would spend your own money on. If you’ve already bought the product, you know how good it is.

Is this one you would be proud to offer to somebody else? If you haven’t bought the product, and maybe you should.

The best way to pump up your affiliate commission is by selling something that you can promote from a position of personal use and experience. People like to buy things based on believable reviews.

2. One that pays the highest commissions. What commission rate are you earning on the affiliate products you currently sell?

I would suggest doing some due diligence and seeing if you can find an affiliate program that offers higher commissions. They are out there.

3. One that leads to the chance to sell more products. This could be from upselling or from other relevant products.

Let me give you an example.

I sell the Wealth Affiliate Program. I earn a monthly residual commission selling memberships to it.

I also earn monthly residual commissions selling blog hosting and an autoresponder. People need a place to host their blogs and a way to email subscribers to their lists.

See if you can find products that complement your main product in the niche you are in.

4. Sell Big Ticket Items

This is easier to do if you sell digital products. Some of these pay 50-75% commissions on a product that costs $1k-$20K or even more.

Some products pay low commissions, but because the product costs so much, you can make a lot of money on one sale. I read one time about an affiliate who sold a rare organ on Amazon that costs $100K, and he earned a 5% commission selling it.

5. Ask for a Commission Bump

Affiliate merchants want more sales. If you can give it to them, you may be worth a higher commission rate.

Everything in life is negotiable, and so are affiliate commission rates. You will have to prove yourself first.

The way to do that is to join contests if your affiliate merchant offers them and win or rank at the top of these contests. Another way to do that is to consistently produce sales every day, every week, and every month.

If you’re doing that now, or once you get to that point, you can go to the merchant and request a commission increase, and oftentimes they will give it to you. This is a way to start making more money without doing any more work or making any more sales than you currently are.

Final thoughts

Often, you just need to step back and analyse what you are doing. Making a couple of changes, as I have suggested here, can bring you a fast bump in your affiliate earnings.

This is your business. Get serious and start making it happen for you.
